Linkora is a marketing agency operating for clients located in France only. By requesting a quote, placing an order, or using our services, you confirm that you understand and accept these Terms.

2. Service Area

Linkora provides its marketing services exclusively within France. Our services are intended for French businesses, professionals, and organizations that need marketing support for the French market. We do not actively provide services outside France unless a separate written agreement is made.

3. Services Provided

Linkora offers marketing services such as brand strategy, social media management, paid advertising campaigns, SEO and content marketing, email marketing, analytics, and reporting. The exact scope of each service depends on the selected package, client requirements, and written agreement between Linkora and the client.

4. Quotes, Prices and Payments

Prices displayed on the website are indicative starting prices and may vary depending on the complexity, duration, and scope of the project. A final quote may be provided before work begins. Payment terms, deadlines, and accepted payment methods are confirmed individually with each client.

5. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to provide accurate business information, brand materials, access to required platforms, and timely feedback. Linkora cannot be responsible for delays caused by missing information, incorrect details, late approvals, or restricted access to advertising or analytics accounts.

6. Project Delivery

Delivery timelines are agreed individually depending on the selected service and project scope. Linkora aims to complete all work professionally and within the agreed timeframe. However, timelines may change if the client requests revisions, provides materials late, or changes the original requirements.

7. Revisions

Reasonable revisions may be included depending on the service package. Revisions must relate to the original agreed scope of work. Additional changes, new concepts, or expanded requirements may be treated as extra work and may require an additional fee.

8. Refund Policy

Because marketing services involve planning, research, creative work, and time investment, payments are generally non-refundable once work has started. If a project has not yet begun, refund requests may be reviewed individually. Completed services, delivered materials, and used working time are non-refundable.

9. Intellectual Property

All strategies, creative materials, texts, campaign structures, and other deliverables remain the property of Linkora until full payment is received. After full payment, the client receives the agreed usage rights for the final approved materials, unless otherwise stated in writing.

10. Results and Performance

Linkora works to improve marketing performance through strategy, optimization, and professional campaign management. However, marketing results may depend on market conditions, competition, advertising budgets, client offers, and platform algorithms. Therefore, specific revenue, traffic, or sales results cannot be guaranteed.

11. Limitation of Liability

Linkora is not responsible for indirect losses, loss of profit, platform restrictions, advertising account suspensions, third-party technical issues, or results affected by factors outside our control. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service related to the claim.
